The new Hollywood home of the "Shrek" star formerly owned by the 64-year-old actress Candice Bergen is three-acre large. The spacious villa includes a swimming pool with a hot tub, a large garden and a Tennis court and detached three-bedroom guesthouse. The billion-dollar movie star also owns a $1.35 million house near Chateau Marmont Hotel. In the villa in Beverly Hills, Cameron becomes the new neighbor of celebrities such as Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Jessica Simpson and Madonna's manager Guy Oseary.
