I could certainly use a simple stress reliever. This would be so easy to do, why not give it a try. I think that most adults are faced with some type of stress every day, with the exception of maybe weekends when your off work. Stress sourced from trauma needs a more wholistic approach; come to terms with what happened to you (i.e. child abuse), find a way to find peace with the abuser, release the trauma memories stored in your body, and train your mind to think differently about events you normally find stressful.
