Pakistani actress Veena Malik has caused a controversy over the whole country of Pakistan when posing naked in the FHM India. On the magazine, the actress is seen crossing her arms across her chest while sporting an "ISI" tattoo on her left arm. ISI is the abbreviation of the feared and powerful Inter Services Intelligence – which is known as a spy agency in Pakistan. However, the beautiful actress and model insisted that she has not posed nude and sought 100 million rupees ($1.9 million) in damages from FHM India.
Veena Malik's pictures in the December issue Indian edition of the global men's magazine have already caused a sensation in Pakistan for both the nudity and the initials of Pakistan's controversial spy agency. Pakistani media have quoted speech from Veena Malik's representative saying that, “The picture has been morphed” and “Veena Malik never indulged in nudity and has no intention to do it in future”. The man also claimed that that the magazine had targeted Malik's "credibility and character". Meanwhile, the racy images has triggered fury in her country, with one Islamic cleric calling them a "shame for all Muslims”. A shopkeeper named Zubair Khan in the northwestern city of Peshawar emphasized “She has earned a bad name for the entire Pakistan nation”.
In the magazine's cover photo, the controversial Pakistani actress Malik is spotted wearing no clothes with arms and legs discreetly positioned to keep her covered. She has the letters ISI on her arm which refers to Pakistan's powerful spy agency, the Inter-Services Intelligence agency.

While Veena Malik insisted “I have never posed nude. I have never done anything like that ever. My manager and legal team is looking into the matter. We will take legal action against them”, the FHM India Editor Kabeer Sharma denies her claim, stating “The photo shoot was done in Mumbai on November 22. We have a video of the photo shoot”.
Miss Malik has strongly denied taking her clothes off for the magazine and has vowed to take legal action. Her lawyer said, “She has been cheated, and there has been tampering, and the photographs have been morphed. She has not posed in the manner in which she has been shown”
FHM India editor Kabeer Sharma claimed these pictures were authentic. Kabeer Sharma wrote on Twitter, “New Picture from the @fhmindia shoot with #veena out tomm. And one every day for the next six days. Eat that”
